Technical Specifications & Production Standards
Using industry-leading components, we manufacture in accordance with the strictest electrical and safety codes in the U.S. (NEC Article 600).
- Construction (Returns & Face): We use standard .063” welded aluminum or premium 304-grade Stainless Steel. Our laser welding technology ensures smooth, clean seams and a flawless finish.
- Backing: We use 3/16” clear Polycarbonate (Lexan) to maximize light transmission and ensure structural safety.
- Illumination: To create a uniform halo effect on the wall, we utilize wide-angle (175° beam angle) SloanLED™ or Principal LED modules.
- Color Options: 3000K (Warm White), 6500K (Cool White), or full RGB options available.
- Power Supply: Includes Mean Well™ HLG Series (Class 2, IP67) drivers for long-term, reliable performance.
- Paint & Finish: Custom PMS color matching via the Matthews Paint System (MAP) for fade-resistant durability, or premium brushed/polished metal finishes.
Mounting & Installation Options
To minimize your field installation time, our letters ship with full-scale mounting templates and all necessary hardware.
- Remote / Flush Mount: For the cleanest aesthetic, letters are mounted directly to the wall using 1.5″ – 2″ standoffs. Wiring is concealed behind the mounting surface.
- Raceway / Wireway: For projects requiring minimal wall penetrations, letters can be pre-wired and pre-mounted on an aluminum raceway painted to match the building’s facade.
